Using PearlSift

You may use the service only where legally permitted. Keep your account secure and do not use PearlSift to harass others, distribute malicious material, evade access controls, or interfere with the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of your notes and other original content. You give PearlSift the limited permission needed to store, display, and transmit content according to your visibility choices. Only share excerpts you have the right to share, and respect authors and source websites.

Community safety

We may remove public content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, infringe rights, expose private information, or create risk for readers or the service. Contact support to report content or request a review.

Service availability

The MVP is provided as available and may change while we improve it. We work to protect your reading library, but you should not rely on PearlSift as the only copy of essential information.

Questions can be sent through our support page. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
